Photography

Many artists argued that photography was the mechanical reproduction of an image. If photography were authentically art, then photography in the context of art would need redefinition, such as determining what component of a photograph makes it beautiful to the viewer. The workshop is a humble effort to precisely to do this.

The participants will be taught how to take good pictures and several techniques of playing around with their cameras. This will be followed by a small contest in which participants would take the pictures based on a given theme and will be evaluated.
