When you come to Saarang, fun is the only thing that needs to be on your mind. As always, the Saarang Hospitality Team will arrange for your accommodation and registrations. In our endeavor to make your stay even more enjoyable and carefree, we offer non-winning finalists of various events reimbursement for one way of their travel expenses. Outstation participants from any Indian college can avail this scheme, as per the mentioned terms and conditions, upon qualifying to the finals of any of the following events:

• Light Music Solo
• JAM
• Extempore
• Elocution
• Classical Music
• Free Style Solo Dance
• Classical Dance
• Monoacting
• WM Solo

Terms and conditions

• The definition of finalists is as above.
• One-way second class train fare will be the reimbursement amount
• A non-winning out-station finalist is allowed for a one time and one way reimbursement irrespective of the number of events one qualifies as finalist.
• The organizers reserve the right to stop this scheme at any point without any notice.
• The decision taken by the organizers is final and binding.
• Registration at the hospitality desk and producing the registration ID card is necessary for claiming travel reimbursement.
