Queen of Sheeba
The quintessential scavenger hunt, this event is one of the new entries to the Saarang roster. People in small teams set out to search and collect out items from a list of some of the wackiest items that can be brought under one head. The result, one can see people in huge numbers running from one place to another, the entire picture is one of fun filled chaos.
Rules and Regulations
Registration Details:
- Registration is to be done at Hospi desk, starting on Day 1(24th Jan) and ending one day before the event.
- Every team will consist of 6 members of which 3 will be IITians and 3 will be non-IITians. If you can form such a team beforehand, then register all 6 names as one team, else register in teams of 3 and we will form appropriate teams for the event.
- The final list of teams of 6 for the event will be available at the Hospi desk the evening before the day of the event.
- Now that you have had the patience to go through rules 1 to 4, remember that the event has no pre-requisites whatsoever, and the objective is fun on the run.
Event Format:
- At the start of the event, a list of items will be handed out to representatives of every team. This list, as the description captures it, will contain just about anything you can think of being available in a 5 km. radius of the event venue.
- The hunt will be timed (Of course we cannot give you the whole day!) and a timer will start once every team has been given the list and any doubts have been cleared.
- You can do ANYTHING you want for procuring the items, as long as it complies with the laws of sanity.
- The broad overview being given above, the details of the event format will be announced at the time of the event itself.
